Introduction & Overview
This Privacy Policy provides a comprehensive description of how Loop Global, Inc. (“Loop”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, and discloses information about you as well as your rights and choices regarding such information. It applies to information collected through our website available at https://loopglobal.com/ (“Website”), our Loop EV Charging Network Application available through iOS or Android (“App”), our EV-Flex Charging Stations (“Charging Stations”), and any other online location operated by us that makes this Privacy Policy available to you (the “Service”).

If you have any questions or wish to exercise your rights and choices, please contact us as set out in the “Contact Us” section.
You may have additional rights based on your jurisdiction. Please click the relevant link below for more information:
information Collection
A. Information Collected through the Website.
We collect information when you use or interact with our Website. For example, we collect data when you access our content, read our emails, view our advertisements, apply for a job, contact sales, or ask our support team a question. We collect information that you actively provide to us, and we also automatically collect information through tracking technologies (described below).
The categories of information you may provide to us through the Website include:
- Contact Data, including your first and last name, email address, postal address, and phone number.
- Content, including content within any messages you send to us (such as when contacting sales or asking a question).
- Job Applicant Data, including your employment and education history, resume, and references as necessary to consider you for open positions.
You may choose to voluntarily provide other information to us that we do not request, and, in such instances, you are solely responsible for such information.
The categories of information we automatically collect through the Website include:
- Website Use Data, including data about features you use, pages you visit, emails and advertisements you view, the time of day you browse, and your referring and exiting pages.
- Device Data, including data about the type of device or browser you use, your device’s operating software, your internet service provider, your device’s regional and language settings, and device identifiers such as IP address.
- Location Data, including non-precise location data (such as location derived from an IP address or data that indicates a city or postal code level).
The types of tracking technologies we use to automatically collect this information include:
- Cookies, which are small data files stored on your browser that save data about your visit. Cookies often include a unique identifier (e.g., cookie #123). We use two types of cookies: session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies make it easier for you to navigate our website and expire when you close your browser. Persistent cookies help with personalizing your experience, remembering your preferences, supporting security features, and bringing you advertising. Persistent cookies may remain on your device for extended periods of time, and expire on a set expiration date or when they are deleted manually. To learn more about cookies, please visit our Cookie Policy.
- Pixels (also known as web beacons), which is code embedded in a service that sends information about your use to a server. There are various types of pixels, including image pixels (which are small graphic images) and JavaScript pixels (which contains JavaScript code). When you access a service that contains a pixel, the pixel may permit us or a separate entity to drop or read cookies on your browser, or collect other information about your visit. Pixels are used for purposes similar to cookies.
- Device Fingerprinting, which is the process of analyzing and combining sets of data elements from your device’s browser, such as JavaScript objects and installed fonts, to create a “fingerprint” of your device and uniquely identify your browser and device.
For further details on how we use tracking technologies for analytics and advertising, and your rights and choices regarding them, see the “Analytics and Advertising” and “Your Rights and Choices” sections below.
B. Information Collected through the App.
We have built a simple and easy mobile app to allow drivers to find charging stations and charge their vehicles at their convenience. Loop's mobile app collects information that you actively provide to us, and we also automatically collect information through tracking technologies within the App (described below).
For example, we collect information through the app when you:
- Register an account and create a profile.
- Sign-in to your account.
- Search for a charger.
- Reserve or activate a charger.
- Buy a subscription, reload your balance, or pay for an individual use.
- View your transaction history.
- Update your profile or change settings within your account.
- Contact support or report an issue.
The categories of information you may provide to us through the App include:
- Contact Data, including your first and last name, email address, postal address, and phone number.
- Vehicle Data, including your vehicle make, model, connector type, year, and license plate.
- Account Credentials, including your username, password, and related account authentication information.
- Profile Settings, including you preferred language and notification settings.
- Billing Data, including information to process your payments to us through subscriptions or pay per use, such as your payment card number, expiration date, and security code. If paying for a product and/or service via a bank transfer, we may ask that you provide information to facilitate the transaction and verify your identity such as passport or National ID Card, a bank statement, or other information linking you to an address.
- Charger Station Preferences, including your favorite stations and search filters (such as public versus private stations, charger types, and connector types)
The categories of information we automatically collect through the App include:
- App Use Data, including data about features you use, pages you visit, the time of day you browse, and your referring and exiting pages.
- Device Data, including data about the type of device or browser you use, your device’s operating software, your internet service provider, your device’s regional and language settings, and device identifiers such as IP address and Ad ID.
- Location Data, including non-precise location data (such as location derived from an IP address or data that indicates a city or postal code level) and, with your consent, precise location data (such as latitude/longitude data).
The types of tracking technologies we use to automatically collect this information include:
- App Technologies, which are technologies included in our apps that are not browser-based like cookies and cannot be controlled by browser settings.
- Precise Location Technologies, which are technologies such as GPS, WiFi, and Bluetooth used to collect your precise location data. Precise location data may be used for purposes such as verifying your device’s location and showing you nearby Charging Stations based on that location.
We do not use tracking technologies within the app for Interest-based Advertising purposes, although we may use them for analytics and non-Interest-based Advertising purposes, such as contextual advertising.
C. Information Collected through Charging Stations.
When you set up an account through Loop's mobile app, we create a QR Code and internal ID associated with your account. In order to reserve or activate a Charging Station, you must scan your QR Code or share your internal ID with the Charging Station. When you do so, the Charging Station will have access to information you provided within the App, including your Contact Data, Vehicle Data, and Billing Data.
When you charge your vehicle, we automatically collect information about the charge. This Charging Data includes the name of the station, station location, charging session date, start time, end time, duration, energy dispensed, charging port identification number, total fees associated with each charging session, pricing policy applied, power cycle patterns, current, and voltage.
In addition, Charging Stations may be equipped with sensors that may collect information about your vehicle including your vehicle’s make and model.

B. Tracking Technology Management.
- Cookies. Most browsers accept cookies by default. You can instruct your browser, by changing its settings, to decline or delete cookies. If you use multiple browsers on your device, you will need to instruct each browser separately. Your ability to limit cookies is subject to your browser settings and limitations.
- Do Not Track. Your browser settings may allow you to automatically transmit a “Do Not Track” signal to online services you visit. Note, however, there is no industry consensus as to what site and app operators should do with regard to these signals. Accordingly, unless and until the law is interpreted to require us to do so, we do not monitor or take action with respect to “Do Not Track” signals. For more information on “Do Not Track,” visit http://www.allaboutdnt.com.
- App Technologies. You can stop all collection of information via our App by uninstalling the App. For Apple iOS, we will only receive access to your device’s Ad ID (known as an IDFA) if you provide consent. To opt out of receiving Interest-based Advertising from the participating companies, please visit https://www.aboutads.info/choices and https://www.networkadvertising.org/choices/ for website opt outs and https://www.aboutads.info/appchoices for mobile opt outs. Note that opting out through these links only means that the selected participants should no longer deliver Interest-based Advertising to you, but does not mean that the participants will not process your information for Interest-based Advertising purposes or that you will no longer receive Interest-based Advertising from other companies.
Please note that the above opt outs only apply to the specific browser or device from which you opt out. We are not responsible for the effectiveness of any opt outs offered by other entities.
